I provide detailed psychoeducation throughout therapy, ensuring that you can always understand the "why" behind symptoms and treatments.
Approach
I utilize EMDR, DBT, and parts work (informed by Internal Family Systems). These treatments are complimented by my lived experience as a queer, neurodivergent therapist. In session, I approach your stories with curiosity. You are the expert on your life, and I bring the mental health knowledge. Together, we can pursue healing and growth in your life.
