Beliefs & Lived Experience
I’m passionate about providing care around experiences often neglected in mainstream therapeutic services including ethical non-monogamy, kink, queerness, neurodiversity, systems of structural oppression, spirituality, and intergenerational trauma. I also believe in joy as a modality for healing and want to help you identify sources of joy in your life.
I treat every person with dignity and respect because every person deserves to thrive. I believe that Black Lives Matter and quality mental healthcare should be accessible to everyone. I hope to see an end to the racist war on drugs in my lifetime, and understand the use of substances and/or behaviors through a harm reduction lens.
