Clients I Work With

I work with creative, introspective, and deeply-feeling adults & teens ages 16+. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, depression, burnout, perfectionism, people-pleasing, body image concerns, or compulsive behaviors. They are often high-achieving or highly sensitive, and may feel overwhelmed by expectations, either from themselves or others. I particularly enjoy working with helping professionals, artists, and other creatives who are open to expressing their inner worlds in order to better understand themselves, feel more emotionally grounded, improve their relationships, and live in greater alignment with their values.

Approach

My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, collaborative, and human. I believe therapy works best when clients feel truly seen, respected, and safe to show up as they are. I tailor my work to each individual’s needs, strengths, and goals, drawing from attachment-based and compassion-focused practices to help clients understand their emotional patterns, build self-trust, and develop healthier ways of coping. Together, we explore what feels meaningful, challenging, and important in your life, at a pace that feels manageable. My goal is to support lasting growth while honoring your authenticity and inner wisdom.

Beliefs & Lived Experience

Through my own creative work, I understand the difficult process it can be to develop self-trust and lean into authenticity over fear. I believe that sensitive and creative people have so much to offer the world, if they are willing to embrace discomfort and vulnerability in their journey. In my own relationships, I value authenticity, balance, and meaningful connection, and I strive to bring these qualities into my work with every client to create a space and a relationship that feels real enough to settle into. My hope is to support clients in discovering their strengths, honoring their inner lives, and moving toward their best selves, both within therapy and beyond our sessions.

More About My Practice

I offer virtual daytime sessions for clients ages 16+ who are located in either WI or PA. I accept a variety of insurances, with some variation depending on your geographic location (please reach out for details). My practice is a good fit for clients who are motivated and open to reflection, self-exploration, and meaningful emotional work. If you are ready to find a more balanced, authentic, creative life you love, I would love to support you!
