Clients I Work With
I work with individuals who have experienced loss, grief, depression or anxiety. There are many times where we feel like we may not feel connected to others, not feel understood by family or friends, we no longer want to be sad or cry, we feel like we don't have more to give when we are experiencing a really hard time. This can be a time when a loved one passed away, end of a friendship/relationship, racing thoughts or feeling like it is hard to get out of bed every morning. If any of this sounds familiar, I would love to be a part of your journey.
Approach
My approach is allowing you to share what you have experienced. We will work on the present and how to work through the emotions and memories. We will slowly address childhood traumas/memories as needed and when appropriate.
Beliefs & Lived Experience
I am a Christian (Catholic). I bring in faith and religion to clients who want faith to be a part of the session. I have experienced loss by individuals passing and relationships ending.
