Clients I Work With

I work with adults navigating trauma, attachment wounds, and relational ambivalence. Many of my clients are high-functioning professionals who appear capable on the outside yet carry unresolved childhood experiences—parental substance use, emotional neglect, or inconsistent caregiving—that surface as anxiety, OCD symptoms, flashbacks, or difficulty setting boundaries. I support clients who feel conflicted in relationships, struggle with avoidance, or question whether they are in the right partnership. Through grounding skills, trauma hierarchies, safe-place work, and experiential visualization, I help them build emotional regulation, self-trust, and the courage to create healthier, more secure connections.

Approach

My clients are thoughtful, self-aware adults who feel stuck in patterns shaped by past trauma, anxiety, OCD, or complicated family and relationship dynamics. They want relief from intrusive thoughts, emotional overwhelm, and relational uncertainty, and hope to feel more grounded, confident, and connected in their lives. I work best with people ready to explore how earlier experiences influence present reactions and relationships. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and practical — integrating grounding skills, attachment-focused work, boundary-setting, and experiential exercises to help clients build emotional regulation, self-trust, and healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.

Beliefs & Lived Experience

Healing happens when people feel deeply seen, safe, and empowered. My work is grounded in this approach, with the understanding that those struggling with anxiety, OCD, relationship conflict, self-doubt—are often responding to earlier experiences and my work with them helps to change these patterns of relating and existing in the world. I don’t see clients as broken; I see resilient people whose nervous systems learned to survive. I offer a trauma-informed, compassionate, and practical approach that blends insight with skills. Together, we build emotional regulation, explore attachment patterns, set healthy boundaries, and gently process past wounds. I bring warmth, curiosity, and lived understanding of how hard change can be—helping you move from survival toward clarity, self-trust, and secure connection.

More About My Practice

I value authenticity, compassion, and the belief that growth happens through both reflection and action. I’m drawn to work that supports emotional honesty, healthy relationships, and breaking cycles that keep people feeling stuck. I believe in the importance of mental health accessibility, trauma awareness, and helping people feel less alone in their struggles. My perspective is shaped by both professional training and real-life experiences of navigating uncertainty, loss, and change. These experiences help me meet clients with humility, curiosity, and respect for their resilience. I aim to create a space where people can show up as they are while building the confidence to live more fully and intentionally.
