Clients I Work With
I work with teens and young adults who are often considered high risk and impulsive. I offer a multi faceted clinical approach that supports both the teen, their independence and the family system.
Approach
I operate from a framework of harm reduction and motivational interviewing. I'm trained in four different trauma models and am currently undergoing training in equine therapy. I'm also trained in DBT.

I know high risk teens because I was that high-risk teen, so I have a specialized lens not just to help the teen- but also the family and the growth into collaboration.
More About My Practice
I offer flexible scheduling that fits my clients needs. I generally operate from 2-11 PM and on Saturdays to ensure that teens never have to choose between life and therapy. I can offer multiple sessions per week and have a VIP package that is a monthly retainer.
