Clients I Work With
I work with adults who feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, overthinking, and “what if” thoughts that won’t shut off. Many of my clients struggle with OCD, panic, phobias, health anxiety, perfectionism, or chronic worry. You might feel exhausted from constantly analyzing your thoughts, seeking reassurance, avoiding certain situations, or trying to “do things right.” Maybe anxiety has started to shrink your life, limit your confidence, or interfere with work, relationships, or travel. I especially enjoy working with motivated, insight-oriented clients who are ready to build real skills and want therapy that is structured, practical, and focused on lasting change.
Approach
My approach is active, collaborative, and skills-based. I use evidence-based methods like Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you change your relationship with anxiety rather than constantly fighting it. Sessions are structured but supportive, with clear goals, practical tools, and honest conversations. We focus on building tolerance for uncertainty, reducing compulsive behaviors, and helping you live more freely and confidently. I’m direct, warm, and transparent, and I believe therapy should feel purposeful, not vague or endless.
Beliefs & Lived Experience
I believe healing happens best in spaces that feel safe, honest, and judgment-free. I value authenticity, humor, and real conversations, and I strive to show up as a genuine human, not just a clinician. I also live with anxiety myself, which gives me a deep respect for how hard this work can be. I don’t believe you need to “fix” yourself to be worthy of peace. My role is to walk alongside you, challenge you when needed, and support you as you build a life that feels bigger than anxiety.
More About My Practice
I offer individual telehealth therapy for adults in Wisconsin, Illinois, and Nebraska. In addition to ongoing therapy, I also provide diagnostic assessments for OCD, Phobias, and Panic Disorder, and structured treatment planning for OCD and anxiety-related concerns. My practice is private-pay and out-of-network, and I’m happy to help clients understand reimbursement options. I aim to keep my caseload intentional so I can provide thoughtful, high-quality care. Sessions are goal-oriented, personalized, and designed to help you see meaningful progress, not just “talk about feelings.”
