Clients I Work With

I am passionate about working with clients living with borderline personality disorder (BPD), substance use disorders, and those struggling to find their place in this world. My clients often struggle with emotional dysregulation, impulse control, and low self-esteem. I work primarily with young adults, teens (14+), and adults.

Approach

I would describe myself as a relational therapist, working to build a secure attachment with my clients and modeling a strong connection to aid with healing attachment wounds. I primarily use attachment-based therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and mentalization-based therapy. I believe therapeutic rapport is one of the most important foundations of the therapeutic relationship and value having a collaborative relationship with those I am so lucky to work with.
