I work with Adults whose tools and skills for survival are no longer working. Burnout, neurodivergence, changes in routine, health challenges, pregnancy, parenthood, and the state of the world can all be causes of functionality breakdown. I start with helping clients identify what stressor is impacting them the most, work with them to develop new skills to function better. ADHD/Autism/Neurodivergence My work with neurodivergent clients focuses on processing the grief, anger, and relief that can come with diagnosis, as well as developing tools that can help decrease distress. Trying to contort your brain to fit a neurotypical world is exhausting, We can work together to find a path that works for you. Perinatal/Parenting Mental Health Thinking about, becoming, and being a parent is complex and lifelong. The perinatal period can be exciting, overwhelming, terrifying, and heartbreaking. I want to help you show up for yourself and your family as the person you want to be.
