Clients I Work With

Do you find yourself overthinking conversations, re-reading texts, or apologizing when you’re not even sure what you did wrong? Maybe you and your partner keep landing in the same painful cycle, wanting connection but not knowing how to get there? I work with adults and couples who feel stuck in patterns, such as people-pleasing, self-doubt, shutting down, or repeating the same arguments. Together, we slow down, notice what’s happening, and start to relate in more grounded, self-trusting ways. We also work on building the capacity to sit with discomfort and uncertainty, so small shifts can actually stick.

Approach

I approach therapy with warmth, authenticity, curiosity, and humor, creating a collaborative space where you're the expert of your own experience. My work is integrative and holistic, drawing from experiential, narrative, somatic, mindfulness, and attachment-based approaches that honor the relationships, family dynamics, social systems, and cultural contexts that shape us. I believe the stories we tell about ourselves profoundly influence our lives, and that making space to fully experience our emotions is essential to our wellbeing.

Beliefs & Lived Experience

My work is anchored in the belief that therapy can be a homecoming: to ourselves and to our relationships. When we reconnect with our authentic identity and values, we create the foundation for deeper connection with others.
