Clients I Work With

I work with adults navigating anxiety, chronic stress, and the emotional impact of chronic illness or ongoing health concerns. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, on edge, or stuck in cycles of worry and overthinking, often noticing how much their stress shows up in their body. I also support those experiencing burnout, life transitions, and challenges in relationships or boundaries. My clients are often looking not just for relief, but for a deeper understanding of themselves and a more sustainable way to move through daily life.

Approach

My approach is active and direct, while still grounded in understanding and compassion. I help you make sense of why your body responds the way it does, especially in anxiety, stress, or chronic health concerns, so things feel less confusing and more manageable. A big focus of our work is creating a sense of safety in your body and building the skills to return to that place when things feel overwhelming. I integrate mindfulness, CBT, IFS-informed care, and EMDR as appropriate, using a more somatic lens to process difficult experiences rather than just talking through them. Sessions are collaborative and focused, with space for both insight and practical tools you can use in your daily life.

Beliefs & Lived Experience

I believe our experiences shape how we see ourselves, others, and the world, and that healing happens when we feel safe enough to begin understanding those patterns with curiosity instead of judgment. I view symptoms like anxiety and overwhelm as meaningful responses, not flaws, and I value slowing down to listen to what they are trying to communicate. My work is also informed by real life experience with stress, change, and the ongoing process of growth. I understand how hard it can be to show up for yourself when you are already stretched thin. Because of that, I approach this work in a way that is honest, grounded, and human. I believe in creating a space where you do not have to have it all figured out, and where you can begin to feel more steady, understood, and connected to yourself.
