I appreciate the need to clear your way of the debris of abuse and to embrace your right to thrive. Sometimes, having someone bear witness to your story helps you feel heard, feel seen, and finally, feel believed. I will acknowledge your painful truth and help you appreciate your strengths as you move toward a fulfilled life. I understand the fear of speaking out your truth and I will stand with you as you share a story that is difficult to tell. Accepting you as without blame for your struggle, I will acknowledge honor your survival. I operate from a Cognitive-Behavioral theoretical perspective.
