Clients I Work With

I work primarily with children, adults and couples who are navigating anxiety, ADHD, autism, neurodivergence, relationship challenges, burnout, life transitions, and the feeling of being overwhelmed by expectations that don’t always fit how their brain works. I especially enjoy working with clients who have spent years masking, second-guessing themselves, or trying to understand why certain things seem easier for others. My goal is to create a space where clients can better understand themselves without feeling like they need to “fix” who they are.

Approach

My approach is collaborative, neurodiversity-affirming, and focused on understanding the whole person rather than simply addressing symptoms. Sessions are conversational and individualized, with room to explore patterns, emotions, relationships, sensory experiences, executive functioning, nervous-system responses, and the ways your environment may be affecting you. I draw from evidence-informed therapeutic approaches while adapting them to the individual, because I don’t believe therapy should feel like a one-size-fits-all experience.

Beliefs & Lived Experience

My work is shaped by a belief that people deserve to understand themselves with curiosity rather than judgment. I value authenticity, self-awareness, autonomy, and creating space for people to make sense of their experiences without having to conform to someone else’s definition of how they “should” function. I believe therapy can be especially meaningful when clients feel genuinely understood, and I strive to bring openness, warmth, and a willingness to look beyond surface-level behaviors to understand what may be underneath them.

More About My Practice

In addition to individual and couples therapy, I offer specialized assessment and intensive services focused on neurodivergence. My practice includes autism and ADHD evaluations (state-specific), as well as longer-form intensive sessions designed to help clients develop a deeper understanding of their individual neurodivergent profile, communication patterns, sensory needs, emotional and nervous-system responses, and areas of strength and support. My goal is for clients to leave with practical insight and personalized tools they can continue using beyond the therapy room.
