About this provider

Clients I Work With

I work with individuals and couples who feel stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed in their relationships and emotional lives. Many of my clients are navigating relationship distress, communication breakdowns, trust injuries, life transitions, anxiety, or unresolved trauma. I often support partners where one is leaning in and the other is leaning out, helping them clarify goals and move toward the healthiest path forward. I also work with adults seeking deeper self-understanding, stronger boundaries, and more secure attachment patterns. My clients are motivated for meaningful change and willing to look honestly at patterns, build new skills, and create more intentional, fulfilling relationships.

Approach

My approach is collaborative, structured, and relationship focused. I help clients slow down patterns, understand underlying emotional needs, and build practical tools for change. My work is informed by attachment theory, Gottman based methods, and trauma informed care, including EMDR when appropriate. With couples, I help partners map negative cycles, strengthen communication, and clarify relationship direction. With individuals, I focus on insight, emotional regulation, and values aligned action. Sessions are both exploratory and skills based. I provide a direct, supportive space where clients feel understood, challenged, and guided toward meaningful, sustainable change.

Beliefs & Lived Experience

I believe people are shaped by relationships, life experiences, and the stories they learn about themselves. Change becomes possible when clients feel safe, respected, and honestly understood. My lived experience as a partner, parent, and caregiver informs my appreciation for the complexity of family life, stress, and commitment. I value accountability, compassion, and direct communication, and I bring a grounded, nonjudgmental presence to therapy. I recognize that growth is rarely linear and that resilience is built through reflection, support, and intentional action. I honor each client’s values, culture, and goals while helping them move toward healthier patterns and more secure connections.

More About My Practice

My practice is fully virtual and serves adults and couples across Texas, Connecticut, Vermont, and South Carolina. I specialize in relationship focused therapy, including couples work, relationship distress, trust repair, communication problems, and discernment style conversations when partners are uncertain about the future. I also work with individuals on attachment patterns, boundaries, anxiety, and trauma related concerns. Sessions are structured and goal oriented, with practical tools clients can use between visits. I offer a supportive, direct style and tailor treatment to each client’s needs and values. My goal is to help clients create clearer decisions, stronger relationships, and sustainable emotional change.
