I work with adults who want to heal from religious trauma, strengthen their sense of self, and create healthier, more fulfilling relationships. This might look like working through shame, guilt, or fear that lingers long after leaving a faith community or noticing how old beliefs still show up in boundaries, intimacy, or self-trust. Together, we’ll slow things down and make sense of patterns that once helped you survive but may no longer serve you. I specialize in working with folks in the LGBTQ+ community in the 30s and 40s. In addition to specializing in religious trauma, I work with clients facing common mental health concerns such as depression and anxiety, as well as those struggling with relationship difficulties and life transitions.
