I work with people navigating grief, especially those navigating grief while actively parenting or preparing for parenthood. I can help you better understand your own grief and your kids' - and also explore tools for how to balance it all.
Approach
I use a non-pathologzing approach to help people walk their journey, offering space to reflect, be heard, and add new tools to navigate the hard parts. I have a warm, non-rushed approach to help clients identify what they need and how to create opportunities for their needs to be met.

My work is shaped by my personal experience both as a parent and griever and by my professional experience in the world of family grief support and end of life/serious illness.
