About this provider
Clients I Work With
I work with adults, teens, couples, and families navigate life changes where they may be stuck or ready to move to a new and better stage. I help identify and overcome obstacles to.grpwth and healing with individualized, research-backed practicesand a focused person-centered work. You'll find greater insight and clarity in our work together and move past old habits and beliefs that were holding you back as you work toward your greater potential.
Approach
A session with me will focus on finding how details of average day-to-day life fit into larger patterns, giving rise to new meaning and insight. I provide psychoeducation regarding important aspects relevant to what you share so that you can identify these patterns and build upon this insight, draw your values into focus, and make the confusing parts of life better understood according to your true values. (Specifically, I use therapy modalities of CBT, EMDR, Rogerian person-centered therapy, DBT, parts work, emotionally focused couples therapy, Gottman Method couples therapy, and Structural family therapy.)
More About My Practice
My practice is currently 100% virtual. I have found this to be highly-accessible for people with busy schedules and transportation limits, and as productive as in-person therapy.
