Clients I Work With
Sometimes spinning out leaves us in a panic trying to find ourselves again. We find ourselves just wanting the chaos to stop and at a loss for how to sort everything out. Depression, anxiety, abuse, breakups, and toxic people can really leave us feeling hopeless. I support children and adults who are needing to find some harmony in their lives.
Approach
In our therapy sessions, we will gently explore relationship patterns or behavioral issues so that we can find the steps forward to a more peaceful living. I use Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, DBT, mindfulness, and somatic experiencing to support your healing.
