Welcome to Here to Heal Counseling and Wellness. We are dedicated to helping individuals, families, healthcare and frontline workers navigate life’s challenges with clarity, compassion, and confidence. At Here to Heal, we work with adolescents, young adults and adults in a warm, inclusive space designed for real-life healing—not perfection. My approach is collaborative and grounded in the belief that healing happens when you feel seen, supported, and empowered. We integrate evidence-based practices with a holistic view of the mind–body connection, tailoring care to your unique needs.

Beliefs & Lived Experience
I have a BPH & M.S. in Mental Health Counseling with clinical experience in child/adolescent therapy, OCD, anxiety, and family systems. Certified Patient Advocate with healthcare leadership and nonprofit service focused on mental health, physician wellness, and pediatric care.
I have great success and enjoyment working with teens, adolescents, and young adults. I also work with patients and families dealing with acute and chronic illness, as well as grief and loss. I have been in healthcare for over 25 years, and my passion project is helping clinicians and frontline workers improve their mental health.
More About My Practice
I offer in-person and virtual sessions. I am available on most weekday evenings and Saturday from 900 am-300 pm.
