Clients I Work With
Whether you are a patient of mine from a previous clinic or a new patient to me, I would love to work with you to help you feel your best. I like to work on the basics as well as try things that you may not have thought of before. We want to work on the whole person and not just one aspect of them. Together we want to improve your whole life, not just reduce your symptoms. You are ready to change and I am ready to help you change. Let's get together and see how your life can improve.
Approach
The most common conditions I work with are Depression, Anxiety, Mood instability, Insomnia and ADHD. I have a lot of experience with bipolar and psychotic disorders. In our first session we will get a full picture of your life and your goals to address what concerns you most while still identifying other ways you can improve. I see clients age 16 and up.
