I specialize in intimacy and relationship concerns including sex, desire, and infidelity for individuals and couples, with a focus on rebuilding connection, communication, and conflict skills. My approach is grounded in attachment science, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Parts Work (IFS) to help you explore self-talk, relationships, and attachment patterns, better understand yourself, and achieve your goals. I focus on education, your strengths, and practical techniques to overcome conflict. My goal is not to diagnose but to improve your life and relationships so you can manage future concerns independently.
Approach
I graduated summa cum laude from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill with a Bachelors in Psychology, Masters in Counseling and 2 year post-Masters specialization in Sex Therapy from University of Michigan. I am an AASECT certified sex therapist with additional training in IFS, Gottman, polyamory, and ENM. I have completed more than 100 trainings covering affairs, non-monogamy, couples communication, sexual functioning, and desire, and incorporate EFT, Gottman, Imago, and the work of Esther Perel, Emily Nagoski, and other leaders in the field.

More About My Practice
For over a decade, I have had the privilege of helping couples and individuals navigate infidelity and divorce recovery, conflict and communication, intimacy and sexual concerns, and anxiety and depression to become better partners, recover from trauma, and feel more confident and fulfilled.
