Clients I Work With

Executive Dysfunction? Same. Let’s talk! Teens who watch people at school with “National Geographic-style narration,” “See the herd of popular kids as they gather at the watering hole/cafeteria table”; former gifted kids who wonder why adulting is so difficult; the late-diagnosed relearning what it means to be authentically yourself; and busy minds who’ve never had a “quiet brain day” are welcome here. You’re tired of being told you’re “too much,” too sensitive, too blunt, too in your head, or (gulp) to “just try harder.” You’ve been performing for so long that you aren’t sure what’s you and what’s you pretending to be “normal” anymore. If life feels like you’re failing a test no one gave you the study guide for.

Approach

I specialize in neurodivergent-affirming therapy for autistic, ADHD, and AuDHD teens and adults — including late-diagnosed clients and parents raising neurodivergent kids. You aren't broken — you human differently. I help clients unmask, understand themselves, and build lives that fit their brains, in person and via telehealth across Texas.

Beliefs & Lived Experience

My work is shaped by clinical training and by my own AuDHD experience of masking, burnout, and years of trying to fit into systems that weren't built for my brain. I know firsthand the exhaustion of pretending to be someone I'm not, and the relief of finally understanding myself through a neurodivergent lens. That's why my approach isn't about compliance or appearing "less autistic" — it's about helping you understand your brain, honor your needs, and build a life that actually fits.

More About My Practice

If you've spent your life wondering why everything feels harder than it should — or you're watching your kid struggle and want to understand why — you're in the right place. You don't have to explain yourself here, perform okay-ness, or justify your experience. Therapy should fit your brain, not the other way around. I'd love to connect.
