Clients I Work With
I work with individuals across Tennessee navigating pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood, including anxiety, depression, mood changes, identity shifts, and adjustment to new roles. I also work with couples seeking support with communication, connection, and life transitions, as well as teens who need a safe, affirming space to explore emotions, stress, and relationships. I provide virtual, evidence-based, compassionate perinatal mental health care. I accept Cigna, Aetna, and CHAMPVA, with BCBS and Tricare pending, and I am currently accepting new clients.
Approach
I provide compassionate, trauma-informed, virtual therapy for adults, teens, and couples across Tennessee. My approach is warm, authentic, and collaborative, combining evidence-based therapies like CBT, ACT, IFS, and Gottman-informed interventions for couples. I tailor therapy to each client’s unique identity, experiences, and goals, with a focus on perinatal and postpartum mental health, life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship challenges. I create a safe, judgment-free space where humor, honesty, and realness are encouraged, helping clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to heal and grow.

As a BIPOC Black woman with lived experience of grief, I bring personal insight and empathy to my work.
