About this provider
Clients I Work With
Do you struggle with overthinking, self-doubt, or feeling like your mind constantly spirals to the worst-case scenario? I specialize in helping women with anxiety and trauma break free from constant overthinking, negative self-talk, and the pressure to chase the next achievement. I often work with women who appear “fine” on the outside but, behind closed doors, wrestle with worries about what could go wrong and a persistent feeling that they’re never doing enough.
I support women in transforming unhelpful thought patterns, reducing anxiety, and learning how to quiet the mental spiral so they can start truly living. My goal is to help you create a life that feels aligned, grounded, and authentic not one driven by fear and anxiety.
Approach
My approach is warm, open, and down-to-earth. Clients often describe me as personable, engaging, and easy to talk to. I work hard to create a space that feels safe, cozy, and real, a place where you don’t have to filter yourself or pretend you have it all together. I show up as a genuine person in our sessions, not a blank slate. I bring warmth, curiosity, humor, and, when it fits, a little lighthearted sass.
I truly believe that the connection we build matters. Therapy works best when you feel comfortable, understood, and supported. Feeling safe in the relationship creates the foundation for honest conversations and meaningful change.
When you log in, you’ll likely notice décor in my virtual office that reflects my personality and you may even be greeted by my two doodles.
Above all, I want therapy to be a place where you feel accepted, cared for, and safe enough to grow.
Beliefs & Lived Experience
I am a Cuban-American therapist, born and raised in Miami, and my cultural background deeply shapes how I show up in this work. I value diversity and honor each person’s unique identity, lived experience, and personal values.
I am proud to support the LGBTQ+ community and believe strongly in every woman’s right to make decisions about her own body. As a Latina and a woman, I feel especially passionate about supporting marginalized communities and creating a space where all parts of your identity are welcomed, respected, and affirmed.
More About My Practice
In addition to individual psychotherapy, I offer therapy intensives which are a focused way to do deeper work over a shorter period of time. I provide individual sessions in the mornings, afternoons, and evenings, with some weekend availability for therapy intensives.
