If you are going through life always wondering if others are judging you as much as you are judging you, therapy can be a time to turn off that noise and focus on self-compassion. As a licensed psychologist who works with adults, I have specialties in eating disorders, body image concerns, self-esteem, and women’s mental health. Over the course of my experiences, I have also developed a particular interest in working with college and graduate students, as well as young professionals on adjustment issues, and IVF support. I also provide fertility consultations for recipients of egg, sperm, or embryo donations.
