Clients I Work With
I currently work with individuals across the lifespan. I have a passion for working with neurodiverse clients, helping them develop personalized coping skills and learn to live a more authentic life. I also am play therapy trained and enjoy working with kids of all ages.
Approach
I work from an Existential-Humanistic approach. In this approach, we will partake in a dialogue between both you and I. Through this dialogue, I will assist you in creating meaning out of your experiences that will in turn create a tendency toward living authentically. This authentic living creates a sense of self-understanding that will in turn assist you in exploring and finding your ideal self with your unique sense of meaning.
Beliefs & Lived Experience
I am personally diagnosed with ADHD. This lived experience has been a guiding factor in my therapy journey. I try to bring my own lived experiences with unmasking and living a neurodiverse-affirming life. This drives my passion for helping other neurodiverse individuals discover the true selves.
