Clients I Work With
I work with teens (13+) and adults who are ready to create meaningful change in their lives and relationships. Many of my clients are high-functioning, caring people who appear to have it all together but feel overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, or stuck. They often struggle with people-pleasing, perfectionism, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, stress, life transitions, or setting healthy boundaries. Whether you're navigating a difficult season, feeling disconnected from yourself, or simply tired of carrying the weight of everyone else's expectations, therapy can provide a safe space to gain insight, build confidence, and create lasting change.

I believe therapy should feel like a genuine conversation, not a clinical experience. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs, goals, and strengths. I draw from evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness, and person-centered techniques to help you better understand yourself, navigate life's challenges, and create meaningful, lasting change. Together, we'll explore the patterns keeping you stuck, build practical tools for everyday life, and help you develop healthier relationships—with others and with yourself. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.
