Clients I Work With
I am accepting new clients. I specialize in helping Gen Z and Millennials (individuals and couples, ages 15-45) who struggle with anxiety, life transitions, communication, attachment wounds, and trauma. Together, we will make space for your whole story - the good, the difficult, especially the parts that may have been misunderstood or dismissed. We’ll look at the patterns keeping you stuck, challenge the thoughts that make things harder, and build coping tools that work for your life. I offer non-judgmental sessions, with a little bit of humor - I believe humor can healing!

Because of my own experience with anxiety, I take a somatic approach that focuses on the mind-body connection. Trauma doesn't just live in our memories - it often shows up as tension, stress, or feeling constantly on edge. Learning to notice these sensations can help release what's been stuck and create a new, more compassionate story.
