Clients I Work With

Parenthood may not have unfolded the way you expected. Instead of joyful milestones, you may be carrying the weight of a traumatic birth, NICU stay, pregnancy complications, postpartum anxiety, infertility, loss, or the challenges of raising a medically complex child. While others see how far you've come, you're still carrying fear, grief, guilt, or overwhelm. You don't have to navigate it alone. I help parents process difficult experiences, heal from trauma, and find a path forward so they can feel more grounded, connected, and confident in themselves and their lives. I specialize in helping parents heal from trauma, navigate anxiety, and cope with the unique challenges of medical parenting. Together, we'll process what you've been through, develop practical tools for the present, and help you reconnect with yourself beyond survival mode. The experiences that brought you here may always be part of your story, but they don't have to define your future. You deserve a space where your pain is seen and your healing matters.

Approach

Compassionate therapy for parents navigating birth trauma, NICU stays, postpartum anxiety, and the invisible weight of raising a medically complex child. In sessions you will receive an integrative approach tailored to each individual.

Beliefs & Lived Experience

My passion for this work has been shaped not only by my clinical training, but by my own experience navigating the uncertainty and fear that can come with having a medically complex child. I know what it feels like to sit in a hospital waiting room and carry more than anyone around you can see.
