As an Autistic therapist, my lived experience shapes the way I understand therapy, connection, communication, and support. Autism impacts how I move through the world, and it also informs how I structure sessions: with clarity, intention, compassion, and respect for each person’s nervous system, processing style, and needs. I believe therapy can be a place where Autistic people do not have to mask or perform.
With training in trauma-informed care, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD, I offer a grounded, compassionate space to support your healing. If this resonates with you, reach out! I’d love to connect.
My personal beliefs are that everyone can live a peaceful healthy life in the way they define it. We can work together to define a peaceful healthy life for you and strive towards that.
