I particularly enjoy working with people who are neurodivergent, healing from complex trauma, clients who are navigating work or life transitions, and folks exploring or navigating gender, sexuality, or diverse relationship structures.
Approach
I work from a trauma-informed, Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed approach, and collaborate with my clients on exploring goals and intentions for their therapy journey. A session might look like: discussing and navigating trauma, taking a look at boundaries, assessing your relationship with yourself and self-esteem, or cultivating space for self-care and self-compassion.
