Approach
I offer a warm, confidential space where you can speak openly, feel truly heard, and begin to regain a sense of control in your life. My goal is to support you in moving from simply surviving to genuinely thriving. Licensed in CA, NV, and OR. Telehealth license in VT.
I specialize in helping individuals navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, and major life changes. I'm certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Managing and Adapting Practice (MAP), and the Incredible Years Parenting Program. I also have training in EMDR, Seeking Safety, and Level 2 of the Gottman Method.
