Clients I Work With
I work with adults who are struggling with fear of death, existential anxiety, grief, uncertainty, and life’s bigger questions. Many of my clients feel stuck in constant overthinking, dread, panic, emotional overwhelm, or a deep sense of “What’s the point?” that’s hard to explain to others.
I often support people navigating major life transitions, loss, spiritually transformative experiences, identity shifts, health anxiety, or periods of deep awakening and change. Some clients feel disconnected from themselves, emotionally exhausted, or unable to fully enjoy life because fear and anxiety are always running quietly in the background.
Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, sensitive, introspective, and deeply feeling individuals who want more than just coping; they want to feel alive, grounded, connected, and at peace within themselves and their lives.
Approach
My approach is grounded in the belief that fear, grief, anxiety, and life’s deeper questions are part of being human, not signs that something is wrong with you. I don’t see people as broken or needing to be fixed. I believe there is already wisdom and resilience within you, and my role is to help you reconnect with it.
Sessions with me are real, relaxed, and deeply human. Some days are emotional and deep, others are reflective, practical, or even filled with laughter. You don’t have to show up perfectly here.
I blend practical tools with deeper exploration. We may work through anxious thoughts and fears, process grief and life transitions, build self-trust, and reconnect with meaning and purpose.
When helpful, I also bring in a metaphysical perspective and explore questions around consciousness, the soul, and deeper meaning in an open-minded, grounded way.
Beliefs & Lived Experience
I believe people are far more resilient, wise, and meaningful than they often realize. I don’t see humans as broken, and I don’t believe suffering is simply punishment or something to “get rid of.” Much of my work is shaped by the belief that life holds deeper meaning, even in its most difficult moments, and that fear, grief, and challenges can become opportunities for growth, understanding, and transformation.
I strive to offer a space where people can openly talk about the deeper parts of life, including existential questions, spiritually transformative experiences, consciousness, grief, and the unknown, without fear of judgment. My perspective is also informed by near-death experience research, past-life regression work, and the idea that our lives and relationships may carry deeper purpose than we fully understand.
More About My Practice
I currently offer virtual therapy for adults across Florida. The first session is typically 75–90 minutes so we have time to slow down, get to know each other, and understand what’s bringing you in. Ongoing sessions are usually around 55 minutes.
I also offer a free 15-minute consultation call if you’d like to connect first and see if it feels like a good fit. Before that call, I highly recommend checking out the FAQ section on my website. It covers many of the most common questions people have. If something is still unclear after that, we can go over it together during the consultation.
Many people who reach out to me are carrying fears, questions, or experiences they haven’t felt comfortable talking about before. You don’t need to have everything figured out, and you don’t need to present yourself in any particular way. Just come as you are, and I come as I am.
