Clients I Work With
Do you struggle with life changes that affect your sense of self? Or have you lost your sense of self? Do you feel shame, frustration, or overwhelmed by the idea of the next steps? Do you hope you could understand yourself better?
Have you been told or think you have Borderline Personality Disorder? Do you feel like others dismiss your health concerns?
If you feel these are true for you, I am excited to work with you. These are confusing issues and can be hard to tackle on your own.
Approach
I use a trauma-focused lens to help folks explore how they want to walk through the world. I believe each person can define themselves and find their healthy. Therapy is a collaborative experience; you bring your life experience, and I bring different information about mental health and modalities.
More About My Practice
I like to speak with each person for 15-20 minutes before scheduling the first session. This gives us a chance to talk about what matters to you in a therapy session, answer any questions you might have about me and my experience, and see if we might be a good fit.
I have day, evening, and weekend availability. I like to be flexible with the folks I work with to best support their needs.
