About this provider

Clients I Work With

If you're in your 20s or 30s and the "just figure it out" phase feels more like free-fall — relationships, big transitions, the 3am existential questions — you're exactly who I love working with. I work with adults navigating identity transitions: career pivots, new parenthood, finishing school, layoffs, or the quieter realization that the life you've been building no longer fits. I came to this work through my own transition after a decade in tech startups, so I understand what it's like to question your path and grow into something not yet fully defined. I am also a new mom, with firsthand experience of the disorientation and identity shifts that come with early parenthood — so if you're in that season, you won't have to explain it from scratch.

Approach

I draw from IFS, DBT, and attachment-based approaches — not because they're boxes to check, but because they actually help you make sense of what's happening, not just talk about it. What matters more than the models is how therapy feels: collaborative, structured when helpful, and grounded in approaches proven to support real change.

Beliefs & Lived Experience

Therapy works best when it feels like yours — like the conversations you'd want to be having if you had the right person to have them with. That's what I'm here for.
