About this provider

Clients I Work With

I am here to help people, families, and professionals find clarity in complexity, and turn insight into meaningful, sustainable change. When is enough really enough? I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and behavioral health professional with extensive experience helping individuals, families, professionals, and organizations navigate complex life, relationship, and systems-related challenges. I specialize in working with adults experiencing anxiety, stress, burnout, major life transitions, relationship and family challenges, and the unique pressures that often accompany leadership and high-responsibility roles. Whether I’m working with an individual navigating a difficult season, an executive carrying significant responsibility, or a family involved in a complex system, my goal is to provide a thoughtful, evidence-informed space where clarity, accountability, and sustainable change can occur.

Approach

My approach is practical, collaborative, individualized, and evidence-informed. I look beyond the immediate concern to understand the patterns, relationships, environments, and systems influencing it. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, I help clients identify what is maintaining the problem, clarify what is within their control, strengthen boundaries and decision-making, and translate insight into meaningful action. For court-involved and psycholegal services, I bring the same systems perspective while maintaining neutrality, clearly defined professional roles, and appropriate clinical and ethical boundaries. In executive and organizational work, I focus on the intersection of behavioral health, leadership, performance, communication, and sustainable functioning. Across services, the goal is consistent. Let's find clarity in complexity, practical strategies, accountability, and sustainable change.

Beliefs & Lived Experience

I believe people can be both successful and struggling at the same time. Life does not always fit neatly into categories, and meaningful change rarely comes from simply being told what to do. I believe in meeting people where they are, understanding the experiences that shaped them, and helping them recognize the patterns they may be ready to change. Like many of the people I work with, I understand the realities of balancing relationships, family, a high demanding career, leadership, education, and the expectations we place on ourselves. Those experiences have reinforced my belief that growth requires both compassion and accountability. I value authenticity, healthy boundaries, personal responsibility, and the ability to find clarity even when circumstances are complicated. You do not have to have everything figured out to begin making meaningful changes.
