Clients I Work With
I work with individuals who are healing from trauma and consider themselves on a healing journey. Many individuals come to me who would like to integrate their spiritual experiences and beliefs as they continue to heal negative effects from childhood and life situations.
Approach
The belief that true healing occurs at the intersection of the mind and body. My practice is rooted in trauma-informed care and evidence-based modalities, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and hypnosis. I integrate clinical psychology with somatic awareness to help clients resolve deep-seated internal conflicts.

My work is shaped on fourteen years of clinical experience where I have undergone my own healing and spiritual journey. I believe as a therapist that care is best provided when therapists also get to know themselves in their own healing process and understand the intricacies of emotionally healing.
