I am an LMFT providing in-person sessions in Walnut Creek, Ca, telehealth throughout the state of California and Idaho. As a graduate of St. Mary's College of California, I have the expertise to support and guide you towards symptom relief and live a life full of gratitude and connection.
Approach
I help clients heal their people-pleasing and perfectionistic responses, develop a new relationship with neurodivergence, and free them from their relationship with substances. As a "bottom up" approach therapist, I work with modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and Somatic Therapy. I am also trained in Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy.

I offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy as well. I work with clients adjunct to the work they are doing with their own therapist and I also offer intensives.
