Clients I Work With
Life brings seasons of stress, change, and pain — but you don’t have to walk through them alone. I will come alongside you with compassionate, Christian-based care to help you find peace, clarity, and strength in the midst of life’s challenges.
Whether you’re feeling weighed down by anxiety and burnout, navigating uncertainty as a young adult, or seeking healing from past trauma, our work together is rooted in both professional counseling and the hope of Christ.
Approach
My practice is a place where professional counseling and Christian faith come together. I offer a safe, compassionate space where you can be honest, find clarity, and begin to heal at a deeper level. You do not have to carry everything on your own. With support, guidance, and hope rooted in both truth and grace, life can feel lighter, steadier, and more meaningful again.
Beliefs & Lived Experience
My personal experiences have shaped how I approach counseling. I navigated multiple career transitions while relocating often during my husband’s more than 20 years of military service. Those years taught me flexibility, patience, and how to rebuild when life changes unexpectedly. They also allowed me to connect with people from many different backgrounds and helped guide me toward becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor.
My goal is simple: to support you in finding clarity, growth, and stability in a way that aligns with Christian values and honors your faith. Counseling here is practical, respectful, and grounded in both biblical truth and sound clinical care.
Family, faith, and laughter bring me the greatest joy. I love being outdoors — traveling, biking, paddle boarding, or reading a good book in the sunshine — and I never pass up a chance to spend time with dogs.
More About My Practice
Not everyone is able to attend therapy in person. That’s why we provide E-Therapy, (also known as virtual or online counseling), to meet clients where they are.
A free video consultation is available to help you decide if Jamie is the right therapist for your needs and goals, and to see how comfortable you can be with video counseling.
Go to the Free Consultation page to learn more about what the consultation is and why it is important.
