Clients I Work With
I work with children (7+), teenagers, and adults. My clients experience anxiety that effects their daily lives and desire to be able to cope better and live more authentically. I support kids, teens, and their parents with better understanding ADHD and learning skills to promote improved executive functioning.
Approach
My approach is intersectional, feminist, person-centered, and trauma-informed. I work with children, teenagers, and adults. I specialize in working with individuals who experience anxiety, ADHD, depression, adjustments to major life stressors/changes, relationships, LGBTQIA+ issues, women's/girl's issues, and parent psychoeducation and skill building.
Beliefs & Lived Experience
It is my belief that kids do well when they have the skills and support do to so. As someone who is neurodivergent, I value providing effective support that is neuro-divergent friendly and realistic to diverse brains. It is important that we co-create a space that feels supportive to you or your child's healing and change process. I highly value feedback and am happy to make adjustments to session structure to best meet your needs.
