Jessica Morillo

I chose to become a therapist because I love it, but now that I'm practicing I see it as a purpose-driven calling. It's a precious, vulnerable thing to share in therapy and it's my honor to be so trusted. I grew up in a small town in upstate New York and was raised in conservative Christianity, which I fully subscribed to. My process of religious deconstruction began in my early 20s and now I work to help others who have been experienced harm from religion. I'm English and Irish but I've always loved the Spanish language so I studied and became fluent, hasta que puedo ofrecer la psicoterapia en espanol. I am part of a mixed-race family so I'm mom to three mixed-race boys. As an Millennial (intersectional) feminist raising tween boys, I'm done a lot of reflecting on what a strong, self-assured, healthy masculinity might look like, and I do specialize in Men's issues.
