Clients I Work With
I work with clients who would like to experience other modalities in addition to talk therapy. I have training in IEMT (Integral Eye Movement Therapy) and Rapid Resolution Therapy. I also utilized art in my work. I have found in my many years of practice that sometimes we need to use other strategies to reach our goals and heal our souls. These strategies work very well with adults and children.

I believe people are far more capable of change than they often realize. Many individuals come to therapy feeling stuck in patterns of anxiety, sadness, and self-doubt. Many times, we think that our problems are going to take a long time to fix.
