I specialize in helping young adult women (20s & 30s) break cycles of overthinking, perfectionism, people pleasing, self-doubt, and difficult relationships.
Approach
My approach is down to earth, authentic, collaborative, and trauma-informed. When we work together, I offer a warm, compassionate space with humor and absolutely no judgment, a place where you can finally let go and just be yourself. We'll go at your pace, with you in the driver's seat and me as your guide.

More About My Practice
I offer virtual services for women in FL, UT, VT, and WI (more states coming), and in-person and walk and talk sessions for women in the Milwaukee area. I offer two recurring groups throughout the year for women 25+. One group is focused on anxiety and self-worth and the other is focused on adult children of emotionally immature parents.
