Starting therapy can feel daunting, but you don't have to navigate this alone. I work exclusively with adults in a fully virtual setting, meeting you in the comfort of your own space. I do my best work with individuals who are ready for active change and looking for a structured path toward lasting relief. Whether you are dealing with unresolved trauma or a general sense of being blocked from your potential, I am here to help you move beyond survival mode so you can truly thrive.
Approach
Sessions with me are collaborative, transparent, and grounded in a deep respect for your resilience. Because we meet virtually, our focus is on creating a safe, comfortable, and structured environment right where you are. My therapeutic lens centers on how the brain and body heal from things that disrupt our sense of safety. While traditional talk therapy is valuable, I specialize in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help rewire how traumatic memories impact your present. We will map out your goals and explore your history at a pace that feels entirely safe for you. You won’t just talk about your distress; we will actively work together to take the painful power out of old memories. Healing with me means gaining the confidence to make choices free from the past.
