Clients I Work With
I work with adults (18–64) who are navigating anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, and periods of feeling unlike themselves. Many of my patients are managing work, relationships, and daily responsibilities, but internally feel on edge, mentally exhausted, or stuck in patterns they haven’t been able to shift. My work has a strong focus on women’s mental health across different life stages, including young adulthood, career transitions, pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause. I also work with men who are open to understanding themselves on a deeper level and taking a more intentional approach to their mental health.
I tend to work best with individuals who want more than a quick fix and are ready to feel more grounded, supported, and empowered in their day-to-day lives.
Approach
My approach focuses on understanding the full picture, not just the symptoms. I look at how your mental health is influenced by your daily life, including stress, environment, lifestyle, and patterns over time. Your symptoms matter, and we address them directly, while also identifying what may be contributing to them and where meaningful change can happen. My work is grounded in evidence-based care while also taking into account real-life factors that impact how you feel. Medication can be a helpful tool, but it’s just one part of the process. I also focus on mindset, habits, and the way you relate to yourself, because what you do consistently and how you think day to day has a powerful impact on your mental health. I create a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported, while also encouraging growth, accountability, and meaningful change so you can feel more grounded and empowered.
Beliefs & Lived Experience
My perspective is shaped by both my professional experience and my personal understanding of what it means to carry a lot while still showing up every day. I’ve spent over 15 years working in mental health across a variety of settings, which has given me a deep understanding of how complex and impactful mental health can be, as well as how often care can feel rushed or disconnected. That is what led me to create a more intentional and supportive space for my patients. As a woman who has experienced seasons of high stress, responsibility, and burnout, I understand how easy it is to push through while feeling overwhelmed internally, and that has shaped how I show up in my work. I believe everyone deserves to feel seen, supported, and understood, and my role is to help you gain clarity, build stronger coping skills, and move toward a version of wellness that feels sustainable and aligned.
