About this provider

Clients I Work With

You may be a woman living with chronic anxiety, depression, or emotional overwhelm that makes it hard to feel grounded or at ease in your life. You might notice patterns of perfectionism, people-pleasing, or unhealthy relationships rooted in past trauma that continue to impact your confidence and sense of safety. Many of the women I work with feel exhausted from carrying so much for so long and are ready for meaningful change. I specialize in trauma-informed therapy for women who want to reduce anxiety, process past experiences, build healthier boundaries, and reconnect with their inner resilience and personal power.

Approach

I recognize that being a woman in today’s society comes with unique challenges, and that’s why I’m passionate about ensuring women are heard and empowered. I am dedicated to supporting women through anxiety, depression, past trauma, and the many obstacles they face. With a compassionate and collaborative approach, I help women overcome self-doubt, heal from past wounds, and build the confidence to create the life they deserve. At times, I’m also gently directive and use humor when it’s helpful, because healing doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where women can reconnect with their inner strength, reclaim their authentic voice, and feel empowered.

Beliefs & Lived Experience

My work is shaped by both my professional training and my own lived experience. I understand the profound impact past trauma can have on anxiety, depression, and self-doubt, as well as the ways women learn to survive by staying strong, adapting, or putting others first. I also understand the powerful process of recognizing your own resilience and strength—the qualities that helped you survive and can now support healing and growth.
