Kristie Fuller

My work is grounded in authenticity and honoring each client's lived experience. I believe healing happens when people feel seen, heard, and supported without needing to mask or minimize who they are. As a neurocomplex, chronically ill, and queer therapist, I approach the work I do with curiosity, compassion, and respect for individual identity and capacity. I use a trauma-informed, attachment-based lens, along with parts work and mindfulness, to help clients build self-trust, shift unhelpful patterns, and create change that feels meaningful and sustainable. Ongoing reflection and learning help me stay responsive to each client's needs and the larger systems that impact them.
