Clients I Work With

I work with adults who are burned out, grieving, anxious, overwhelmed, or carrying more than they can keep holding alone. Many of my clients are healthcare providers, therapists, caregivers, and helping professionals navigating emotional labor, workplace stress, ethical tension, trauma exposure, pet loss, life transitions, and the exhaustion of always pushing through. I also recognize that stress does not happen in a vacuum. Workplaces, systems, family roles, culture, caregiving demands, and financial pressure can all shape what people are carrying.

Approach

Therapy with me is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I offer space to slow down, be honest, and feel understood without having to over-explain. I am supportive and calming, but also direct. I ask thoughtful questions that help you reflect, notice patterns, and better understand yourself. My work integrates trauma-informed therapy, mindfulness, body awareness, practical coping tools, and respect for your pace.

Beliefs & Lived Experience

I believe people are the experts on their own lives, even when stress, trauma, burnout, or life experiences have made that hard to recognize or trust. My role is not to fix you, but to help you better understand yourself, explore what may be getting in the way, and recognize that you have choice, agency, and a voice in how you move forward. My years of experience across a variety of settings including child welfare, education, healthcare, crisis, community, and leadership bring perspective to my work, and my lived experience brings authenticity. I value compassion, honesty, humor, boundaries, and sustainable healing.
