About this provider
Clients I Work With
I work with adults (18+) who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or navigating a period of change. My clients often come to therapy seeking support with anxiety, stress and burnout, depression, grief and loss, substance use, life transitions, or changes in identity and relationships.
Therapy can provide a space to slow down, better understand yourself and your experiences, and develop healthier ways of coping. I offer a warm, collaborative, and honest environment where we can explore what is happening beneath the surface while focusing on the areas that feel most meaningful to you. Whether you are working through a specific challenge or simply want greater insight into yourself and your patterns, I believe therapy can support meaningful growth and lasting change.
Approach
My approach to therapy is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and informed by a variety of therapeutic theories and approaches. I believe that while one therapeutic framework can provide a strong foundation, integrating different approaches allows therapy to be more individualized and responsive to each person’s unique needs, experiences, and goals.
I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves and exploring what brings them to therapy. I also believe that therapy involves more than simply providing support. When appropriate, I will gently challenge unhelpful patterns, beliefs, or behaviors and encourage self-reflection and meaningful growth. My goal is to work collaboratively with each client to develop greater insight, build practical skills, and create lasting, meaningful change at a pace that feels right for them.
Beliefs & Lived Experience
My love for this profession has been shaped by my own lived experiences, as well as by the experiences of the people around me. Therapy found me during a time when I needed it most, even before I fully understood that I needed support. That experience shaped my understanding of how meaningful it can be to have someone provide support, understanding, and a safe space when you need it most.
I carry that perspective with me in my work today. I hope to offer my clients the same sense of care, understanding, and genuine support that was once offered to me, while honoring the idea that each person’s journey is uniquely their own.
