Clients I Work With
I work with clients (ages 12+) to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to achieving. I particularly work with teens who struggle in high school. I also work with young adults in life transitions or new moms or those struggling with infertility.
Approach
Through individualized cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness training, together we can focus on your thoughts, feelings, and behavior, helping you to stay in the moment and not let those negative thoughts take control. My goal is to help you break those negative old habits and form new healthy ones. I will work with you to provide coping skills that apply to your life to find what truly makes you happy.
Beliefs & Lived Experience
Personally, as a teenager, I struggled with self esteem, self harm, depression, and an eating disorder. I am now a new mom who had to go through fertility treatment. I say all of this to know you’re not alone and there are ways to find your spark back!
